Beth Cessna offers over 35 years of search experience in agency, consultancy, and corporate environments and has been serving nonprofit/mission-driven clients for over 20 years. She has built successful working relationships with dozens of organizations and is known for her ability to provide an inclusive selection of candidates while maintaining robust networks to help drive diversity. Beth is the CEO, Principal, and founder of Cessna & Associates and leads all C-suite searches and client management for the team.
Gene Neill
Gene Neill is a seasoned HR executive with over 35 years of HR leadership experience including VP, Human Resources with the Mortgage Bankers Association. She has deep knowledge in key HR functional areas and proven expertise in the organizational, administrative, and operational space. She is dynamic, adaptable, creative, and an effective communicator and problem-solver. Gene completes executive-level interviews, written dossiers, and referencing for Cessna & Associates.
Lindsay Perrell
Lindsay Perrell is an HR professional with 20 years of experience, specializing in recruitment, workforce planning, and project management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has extensive recruiting experience in the nonprofit/association space, as well as the finance industry. She maintains positive working relationships through her responsive and collaborative communication style. Lindsay currently manages Cessna & Associates’ research and candidate development process, including identifying and qualifying potential candidates. She is involved with all steps in the recruitment process, including creation of marketing collateral and position profiles, candidate screens, reference checks, and client consultations.
Danica Nii
Danica Nii is an HR and administrative professional with over 20 years of experience in various industries and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She enjoys working with people of different backgrounds and personalities and has extensive experience with candidate, employee, and client relations. Danica wears many hats at Cessna & Associates, including systems management, recruiting operations, and marketing administration.
Kathy Fuller
Kathy Fuller is a skilled, detail-oriented, and tech savvy professional who previously enjoyed a long career in the fashion industry as a designer, product developer, and manager of merchandise, contracts, and pricing. She won awards for leadership and excellence in her roles. She handles scheduling for Cessna & Associates and serves as a primary point of contact for candidates, who appreciate her warm, welcoming manner. Kathy expertly maneuvers calendars, while providing exceptional internal and external service and communication.
Andy Vosper
Andy Vosper is a writer, editor, and educator with a master’s degree in history. She has been an adjunct lecturer for over seven years and has worked on numerous freelance writing, research, proofreading, and editing projects in fields ranging from healthcare and travel to B2B marketing and sales. Andy produces and edits written materials for Cessna & Associates, including interview summaries, marketing material, and job descriptions.
